    Operation Encompass means that the police will share information with our school about all police attended Domestic Abuse incidents which involve any of our children PRIOR to the start of the next school day. Operation Encompass is a national police and education early intervention safeguarding partnership which supports children and young people who experience Domestic Violence and Abuse and which is in place in every police force in England and Wales.Ĭhildren were recognised as victims of domestic abuse in their own right in the 2021 Domestic Abuse Act. Our school is part of Operation Encompass. This year was my last year of school which I did through online schooling while I also worked as a surf guide.

    My goal is to compete full time on the World Qualifying Series and one day get onto the World Championship Tour. Now, I make my home between New Zealand and the Mentawai Islands. I’ve always loved surfing and can’t imagine my life without it. As a kid my dad would push me into waves every weekend and we would spend hours at the beach surfing. I was born in Durban, South Africa and at the age of 7, I moved to New Zealand with my family. I first started surfing at the age of 4 on my dad’s Gee Force board (shaped by Graham Smith), in Durban.
